- Referral credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Prescription-only medicines are excluded from promotional or complimentary treatment rewards.
- SoulYoung may reasonably amend or withdraw the programme where necessary; any rewards already validly earned should be honoured according to the applicable terms.
